The Wondai Garden Spring Expo promises to be an exciting event for garden enthusiasts of all levels. One of the highlights of the expo will be the lineup of guest speakers, including Megan Seiler from Bottle Tree Organics, Felicity Aitken from Bloom into You, Sally Moore from JA’s Herbs Nursery, and Joy Patch from Beauvale Daylilies. Each speaker brings unique expertise in various aspects of gardening, from permaculture to floral arrangements and medicinal plants.
Felicity Aitken will not only be speaking but also hosting workshops on creating "Fabulous Floral Fascinators," supported by the SBRC and RADF Regional Arts Development Fund. Attendees will have the opportunity to unleash their creativity and craft their own stunning headpieces.
The expo will take place on Saturday, April 20th, and Sunday, April 21st, at the Wondai Sportsground, with gates opening at 8am sharp both days. Entry is affordable, with discounts available for groups of 10 or more. Parking and ATM facilities will be available onsite for convenience.
Moreover, by attending the expo, participants will not only enjoy a vibrant gardening event but also contribute to supporting the local community. Proceeds from the event go towards benefiting various local organizations and clubs, fostering community development and growth.
